That video is crap, Banks had to loan please. GREED is the answer and people lying about there income to buy homes they couldn't afford. 2nd homes , which they were flipping and making huge profits on. Banks had so much money an wall street too. Where is all that money? They lined there pockets and took off with it. Now they want the American people to pay for the crash now? You can't blame one side or the other it is the Govt. job to regulate and they didn't.
