The Box Elder County Real Estate market isn't looking as good as other portions of the state. Through the first 7 months of the year, Box Elder County home sales are down 35% compared to the same months last year. At this sales pace, Box Elder County has more than 13 months of active real estate inventory.

Box Elder County Homes in Willard and Perry are the most expensive in the County. Willard Utah Home sales are actually up this year while Home sales in Perry are down. The homes for sale in Willard have a median list price of $261,400. Perry Utah Homes have a median list price at almost $270,000.
Home Sales for Rural Box Elder County are also way down. The median price of Rural Box Elder County Homes for sale is $209,000. Over the past two years the average sold price for the rural communities was in the $140,000's.
